Biography
Evangelia Tastsoglou is Professor of Sociology in the Department of Sociology and Criminology at Saint Mary's University and the Chair of the Research Committee on "Women in Society" of the International Sociological Association. She studies, writes, and teaches on women, gender, and migration.
Peruvemba S. Jaya is Associate Professor in the Department of Communication, Faculty of Arts, University of Ottawa. Her research, writing, and teaching areas include gender diversity, multiculturalism, immigrants' issues, identity formation, intercultural communication, and ethnic media.
