Cherylanne James

Cherylanne James is Anishinaabe scholar from Chippewas of Rama First Nation. She is PhD student in Indigenous Governance at the University of Victoria, with a focus on Anishinaabe futurism and Indigenous child and youth well-being. She is currently the Coordinator of Indigenous Education at Royal Roads University and holds various teaching and curriculum contracts. She is a visual artist, writer, educator, curriculum developer and storyteller.
